Pri <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nextmsc.com\/report\/artificial-intelligence-market\">Next Move Strategy Consulting<\/a> napovedujejo, da bo trg umetne inteligence \u0161e naprej rastel: V letu 2024 naj bi tr\u017eni dele\u017e dosegel skoraj 300 milijonov dolarjev, do 2030 pa naj bi presegel 1 milijardo in 800 milijonov dolarjev.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med najbolj uporabljanimi in v ogla\u0161evalske re\u0161itve implementiranimi re\u0161itvami je ChatGPT. Pri\u010dakujemo lahko torej, da se bodo znamke v \u017eelji po mo\u010dnej\u0161ih vezi z uporabniki usmerile v prilagodljivost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kar pa ne pomeni, da ne obstajajo tveganja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avtenti\u010dnost znamk in vsebin bo pomembnej\u0161a kot kdajkoli.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avtomatizacija procesov resda odnese ogromno koli\u010dino dela, a prinese tveganje: opazno \u00bbrobotske\u00ab interakcije. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hootsuite.com\/research\/social-trends\">Anketa Hootsuite<\/a> je pokazala, da <strong>62 % uporabnikov ne bo zaupalo in se anga\u017eiralo z vsebinami<\/strong>, za katere je o\u010ditno, da so ustvarjene zgolj z umetno inteligenco. Poznavanje svojih uporabnikov in strank je klju\u010dno, pri tem pa nam bo \u010dlove\u0161ka empatija \u0161e kako v pomo\u010d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ni prodaje brez videa, animacij in interaktivnih re\u0161itev.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kot smo <a href=\"https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/sl\/kaj-so-uspesna-podjetja-pocela-v-digitalnem-marketingu-v-2023\/\">zapisali \u017ee v prej\u0161njem \u010dlanku<\/a>, je uporaba (vertikalnih) video vsebin klju\u010den del digitalnih strategij. Dele\u017eniki v \u017eelju po zabavi in, neposredno re\u010deno, zabijanju \u010dasa spremljajo tako kratke posnetke (TikTok, Reels, Shorts ipd.) kot dalj\u0161e vsebine (npr. streami).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg video formata in interaktivnih 3D avatarjev pa bodo digitalno oblikovanje in izku\u0161njo glede na napovedi <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/web-design-trends-2017\">HubSpot<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldlightmedia.com\/blog\/7-website-design-trends-for-2024\">Wordlight Media<\/a> oblikovali \u0161e naslednji principi:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list-items list-items-100\">\n<li><strong>kineti\u010dna tipografija<\/strong>, ki organsko usmerja pozornost na pomembne dele spletnih vsebin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>strukturirana tipografija<\/strong> s prevlado velikih tiskanih \u010drk, mo\u010dnih oblik in odebeljenih stilov;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00bbnovi retro\u00ab<\/strong>, mo\u010dno navdahnjen z nostalgijo kola\u017eev iz 2000-ih ter znanstvene fantastike iz 80ih (po doma\u010de: kjer se sre\u010dajo Stranger Things in Britney Spears);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>brutalizem vs. minimalizem<\/strong> oz. ve\u010dni boj med elegantnimi stranmi s popolnoma razbremenjeno predstavitvijo vsebin ter brutalnimi kombinacijami gradientov in tipografij, ki povsem odstopajo od klasike;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>me\u0161ana in obogatena resni\u010dnost<\/strong>, ki bo slu\u017eila predvsem izku\u0161nji \u00bbshowroomov\u00ab in spletnih trgovin, mestoma tudi izkustvenih dogodkov;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>glasovno iskanje<\/strong>, kar bo vplivalo predvsem na SEO in pripravo vsebin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\" src=\"https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-03-1024x536.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-03-1024x536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-03-500x262.jpg 500w, https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-03-768x402.jpg 768w, https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-03.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Umik pi\u0161kotkov daje ve\u010d te\u017ee varnosti in zasebnosti.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskava <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/risk-and-resilience\/our-insights\/the-consumer-data-opportunity-and-the-privacy-imperative\">McKinsley &amp; Company<\/a> jasno ka\u017ee, da dele\u017eniki postajajo vedno bolj preudarni glede tega, katere vrste podatkov delijo in s kom jih delijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dele\u017enikom o\u010ditno najbolj ustreza izmenjava klju\u010dnih podatkov s <strong>ponudniki zdravstvenih in finan\u010dnih storitev<\/strong>, \u010deprav pri vpra\u0161anju varstva podatkov <strong>nobena panoga ni dosegla 50-odstotne ocene zaupanja. <\/strong>Na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih naj bi bili dele\u017eniki \u0161e bolj skepti\u010dni, saj jih poleg deljenja podatkov skrbi potencialno nadlegovanje, ki sledi razkrivanju identitete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podjetja, ki \u017eelijo ohraniti zaupanje potro\u0161nikov, bodo zato morala revidirati lastne pravilnike in procese (sploh za primere krizne komunikacije ob hekerskem vdoru ali ugotovitve nepravilnosti hrambe podatkov), poskrbeti za ustrezne in transparentne kanale za vpra\u0161anja in podporo strankam, prav tako pa bodo morala izpostaviti, <strong>kdaj NI nujno<\/strong>, da potro\u0161niki z njimi delijo svoje osebne podatke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomembna sprememba je tudi premik k &#8220;prihodnosti brez pi\u0161kotkov\u201d. <a href=\"https:\/\/privacysandbox.com\/intl\/en_us\/news\/the-next-stages-of-privacy-sandbox-general-availability\">Google<\/a> je maja 2023 napovedal posodobitev sistema Privacy Sandbox in Topics API za splet, kar pomeni <strong>opustitev pi\u0161kotkov tretjih oseb v Chromu v drugi polovici 2024.<\/strong> Za ogla\u0161evalce in tr\u017enike to pomeni prilagajanje na\u010dinov merjenja u\u010dinkovitosti sporo\u010dil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\" src=\"https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-05-1024x536.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-05-1024x536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-05-500x262.jpg 500w, https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-05-768x402.jpg 768w, https:\/\/boldgroup.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Blog-05.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dober posel je trajnosten, dru\u017ebenoodgovoren posel.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dele\u017enikom je o\u010ditno pomembna zasebnost in varna hramba podatkov. Enako pomembnost in podporo pa pripisujejo tudi podjetjem in znamkam, ki so <strong>jasno in javno zavezana<\/strong> <strong>trajnostnemu poslovanju<\/strong> in odgovornosti do dru\u017ebe. Predvsem pri ekolo\u0161kih tematikah bodo javnost zanimale prakse in konkretna dejanja, saj t.i. greenwashingu ne verjame ve\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pametna uporaba orodij MarTech definira zmagovalce.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko govorimo o orodjih MarTech, govorimo o mobilnih potisnih obvestilih, e-po\u0161tnem tr\u017eenju, spletnem profiliranju ipd. Kot ka\u017eejo <a href=\"https:\/\/chiefmartec.com\/2023\/08\/martech-utilization-problems-how-to-diagnose-and-remedy-them\/\">raziskave<\/a>, so kljub morju mo\u017ensoti orodja precej slabo uporabljana &#8211; na vpra\u0161anje: &#8220;Kolik\u0161en odstotek MarTech zmogljivosti uporablja va\u0161e podjetje danes?&#8221; so strokovnjaki skozi leta odgovarjali vedno slab\u0161e: iz 58 % leta 2020, na 42 % leta 2022, do precej \u017ealostnih 33 % leta 2023.
