Predvsem z razmahom<strong> umetne inteligence (AI)<\/strong> in posledi\u010dno njene uporabe v digitalnem marketingu smo bili pri\u010da <strong>osupljivim spremembam trga<\/strong>. Ni pa to vse, kar je podjetja v 2023 vodilo do uspehov.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri Bold Group smo analizirali pretekle mesece in jih povzeli v naslednje ugotovitve:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Dobro so se odrezali tisti, ki so v svoje strategije in delo vklju\u010dili umetno inteligenco.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Kdor je uspel zadr\u017eati zadovoljiv marketin\u0161ki prora\u010dun, je dosegel ve\u010dje uspehe.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Brez digitalnega ogla\u0161evanja, video vsebin in organskega iskanja kot osrednjih stebrov digitalnega marketinga ne gre.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Dobro zastavljena marketin\u0161ka strategija ter celovit pristop so klju\u010dni za pametna vlaganja \u010dlove\u0161kih virov in denarja.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Vsebinski marketing je klju\u010d do uspeha.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Uspe\u0161en B2B in B2C zahtevata razli\u010dne komunikacijske prijeme in vsebine.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>Oglejmo si vsako od to\u010dk malce podrobneje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Umetna inteligenca dolo\u010da zmagovalce&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Letos brez umetne inteligence res ni \u0161lo. Novosti in inovacije, ki jih je to orodje prineslo s seboj, so bile klju\u010dne pri ohranitvi konkuren\u010dnosti in uspe\u0161nosti vseh, ki se ukvarjamo z digitalnim marketingom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskava podjetja <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartinsights.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SmartInsights<\/a>, ki skozi stebre digitalnega marketinga preu\u010duje trende in inovacije, je povpra\u0161ala ve\u010d podjetij in njihove marketin\u0161ke oddelke, kako in kje so uporabljali umetno inteligenco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati so jasni: pri ustvarjanju vsebin in besedil za vsebinski marketing in ogla\u0161evanje si podjetja v veliki meri pomagajo z AI. Pribli\u017eno ena \u0161estina podjetij uporablja umetno inteligenco \u017ee ve\u010d kot eno leto, pribli\u017eno ena tretjina pa si z AI od nedavno pomaga pri ustvarjanju vsebine za SEO, dru\u017ebene medije in e-mail marketing. Presenetljivo: skoraj <strong>polovica podjetij orodij umetne inteligence \u0161e ni izkoristila<\/strong> in jih tudi ne na\u010drtuje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kak\u0161ne bodo razlike v uspe\u0161nosti med tistimi, ki umetno inteligenco izkori\u0161\u010dajo, in tistimi, ki je ne, bo pokazal \u010das. Nasprotno so se prihodki od televizijskih oglasov pove\u010dali le za 2%, u\u010dinek tiskanih medijev pa so upadel za 6 %.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>Rezultati so pri\u010dakovani, saj \u00bbmigracija\u00ab uporabnikov iz tradicionalnih medijev na digitalne (vklju\u010dno z rastjo vedno novih spletnih platform) poteka \u017ee leta in je postala skoraj edini na\u010din dosega klju\u010dnih strank in kupcev.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digitalni video<\/strong> \u0161e vedno ka\u017ee najmo\u010dnej\u0161o rast. V letu 2022 so video vsebine na letni pove\u010dale svoj tr\u017eni dele\u017e na 22,5 %, \u010deprav je rast dru\u017ebenih omre\u017eij najmanj\u0161a v zadnjih 10 letih. <strong>Video postaja klju\u010den del digitalnega marketinga<\/strong> in strategij najuspe\u0161nej\u0161ih podjetij.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bbKralj\u00ab digitalnega marketinga pa ostaja \u201corganic search\u201d. <strong>Organsko iskanje<\/strong>, oglasi GoogleAds in vsebinski marketing so najbolj donosni kanali, na katere se osredoto\u010da najve\u010dji dele\u017e podjetij.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tukaj moramo tudi preostale kanale digitalnega marketinga, na katere ni pametno pozabiti:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list-items list-items-100\">\n<li><strong>E-po\u0161tni marketing<\/strong>: Direktna komunikacija z resni\u010dnimi in potencialnimi strankami je izrednega pomena pri pospe\u0161evanju prodaje in ogla\u0161evanju.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ogla\u0161evanje na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih<\/strong>: Poleg ogla\u0161evanja prek spletnih iskalnikov, je ogla\u0161evanje prek socialnih omre\u017eij pomembno pri vzdr\u017eevanju digitalne prisotnosti in prepoznavnosti.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digitalni PR in prikazno ogla\u0161evanje<\/strong> (ang. display advertising): Bistvenega pomena za blagovne znamke, ki slu\u017eijo trgom, kjer ni visoke ravni namena iskanja.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pomanjkanje sredstev omejuje razvoj&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/newsroom\/press-releases\/2023-05-22-gartner-survey-reveals-71-percent-of-cmos-believe-they-lack-sufficient-budget-to-fully-execute-their-strategy-in-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rezultati raziskave podjetja Gartner<\/a> o trendih v marketin\u0161kih prora\u010dunih ka\u017eejo, da <strong>lahko pomanjkanje sredstev omeji razvoj digitalnega marketinga<\/strong>. Enostavno povedano: manj kot sejemo, manj bomo \u017eeli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digitalni marketing ni \u00bbza zraven\u00ab, temve\u010d klju\u010den del poslovne in marketin\u0161ke strategije.&nbsp; Dobra novica je, da se v ve\u010djih podjetjih prora\u010duni za digitalni marketing spet vi\u0161ajo, \u010deprav niso dosegli stanja pred za\u010detkom pandemije covid-19. <strong>Trenutno podjetja v marketing vlagajo 9 % svojih prihodkov,<\/strong> strokovnjaki pa ocenjujejo, da mora povpre\u010dno podjetje za rast vlagati vsaj 10 % prihodkov.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi\u0161anje prora\u010dunov in pametno vlaganje v digitalni marketing sta tako pomemben korak k premagovanju konkurence in obvladovanju tr\u017enega dele\u017ea. V naslednjih korakih je treba dobro na\u010drtovati in smotrno utemeljiti dodatna vlaganja v digitalni marketing.
