RING – From Goričko to Piran

Ring sport is a brand of a wide selection of sports accessories and a line of electric scooters. The trend of riding i.e. using electric scooters in Slovenia grew exponentially in the fast few years. It was a challenge how to put Ring electric scooters in the limelight with the high number of brands already in the market, especially as Ring was better known to Slovenians as a sports accessories brand.

Campaign objectives:

  • Promoting the RING brand
  •  Promoting the advantages of riding electric scooters
  •  Building a community on social networks
  •  Creating promotional videos and photos

Creative idea: From Goričko to Piran

  •  We entrusted the promotion of the Ring brand to famous Slovenian vlogger Bit Sever, a professional cameraman and photographer who loves adrenaline and travelling.
  •  Bit Sever set out on a very special 4-day journey from Goričko to Piran using a sustainable and unique RING scooter, and presented Slovenia along the way.
  •  The whole project was designed as a travel documentary, primarily made for posting on YouTube and IG.
  • The content created during the project was interactive. Bit created content for his Instagram followers every day. He also used Instagram to update them on his journey. His followers could help shape the events and journey with their interactions.

Results:

  • Total campaign reach (including Instagram, Tik-Tok and YouTube): 1,879,108  
  • Engagement rate: 19,652
  • During the activation, Ring Sport Slovenia’s Instagram profile acquired around 1,500 new followers
