Gorenjska banka – end-of-year ceremony and party

Gorenjska banka dedicates every end of the year to itself and its employees. When it became a leading bank in Slovenia in 2019, the year-end event and party had to be brought to the next level. Every year, the event comprised the director’s speech, presentation of awards to best employees, dinner, entertainment and dance.

Challenge

The venue – the Panorama Bled restaurant – was chosen by the client. In addition to the usual entertainment program, the concept also had to include an award ceremony, as well as activation for employees, so they can have fun and above all remember the night. The program was not to be boring or too technical.

We designed the venue for the award ceremony in the ground-floor congress hall of the Panorama Bled restaurant, which included:

We worked with the client to develop the program for the ceremony, which comprised:

• speech by the chairman of the management board
• speech by a member of the management board
• award ceremony
• moderator: Magic Aleksander
• singer: Manca Berlec

The whole ceremony was really tied in by the led wall, which displayed Video Jockey’s animations of all speakers

Magic Aleksander broke the monotony and brought spontaneity as he moderated the event for the client adding an occasional magic trick, which definitely impressed and entertained the guests. We also included exceptional Slovenian musician Manca Berlec in the program at the client’s request.

After the formal program, the guests moved to the restaurant, and we put a small surprise for them on their path.

We created a small festive point on the hallway between Grand Hotel Toplice and Panorama restaurant, with a beautiful backdrop made from white wood, white sheepskin, fake snow and lighting. The guests could lock their memory by activating the photobooth, which allowed them to print their photos instantly.
